Really Quite is an interactive design & development agency with a passion for technology and a keen eye for a good idea. We like to collaborate with like-minded people to create new things. We work across most sectors, but we particularly like working with socially progressive organisations.
We have also recently begun developing a number of our own narrative led games and digital products under the banner 'Really Quite Something'. We are very excited to share these interactive stories with you as they develop.
We like new ideas and new challenges, so you might be surprised to find out how excited we are about your project. In scoping out your project, we will explore the possibilities for engaging with your audiences. The aim is always to bring your content to life, and to create opportunities for communication and transaction. Technology is a great tool for doing this, and we have some fantastic technology.
As a collaborative agency, we are very happy to work with other agencies and in-house teams. We like working with others. We always learn something, and that’s important to us.
We build beautiful responsive opensource websites that allow your users to engage with your content and achieve their objectives. Our sites are optimised for mobile, to deliver a seamless, modern user experience.
Our sites are built using various technologies but we specialise in Drupal, in our opinion the best choice for a scalable, portable website, with a content management system that can be tailored to your specific requirements. Whether it's a bespoke ecommerce site for your business venture, or you want your website to integrate with your CRM of choice, Drupal can do it all.
We build elegant, intuitive apps that give your users an enjoyable experience, accessing your content and interacting with you. By using hybrid development platforms, we can develop iOS and Android apps concurrently, minimising your costs.
We favour the open source Ionic framework for building fast, smooth apps. Bringing the power of Angular together with Capacitor, hybrid solutions like these have taken the mobile development market by storm, and we’ve been there since the beginning. We pair our apps with Drupal or Firebase as our backend, depending on the solution required.
Taskmaster is a brilliant and hilarious show aired on Channel 4 and produced by Avalon Productions. Back in 2019 we launched the shows website on the day of the first episode of series 8. Then in 2022 we released 'Taskmaster The App' for iOS and Android featuring a Show companion game where users can score tasks, choose a people's champion, spot episode props and learn production secrets. It also features a music jukebox, quizzes, solo-tasking and a group game in your pocket. A new revamp of the main website is also in development and due for release later this year.
App trailer Visit websiteAll aboard the North Downs railway for an interactive adventure like no other! Answer quiz questions and solve puzzles as you journey by train and disembark at key stations, traversing the town on foot to meet characters, seek out clues in secret locations and unravel an ancient wayfaring mystery. Southeast Communities Rail Partnership approached us to create this family friendly app for iOS and Android. We had fun writing the fictional narrative and delving into cutting edge virtual and augmented reality tech on this project.
Visit iOS Visit AndroidWe collaborated with a local entrepreneur to build No-leftovers, an innovative app that helps you make the most of any ingredients you want to use up. We worked closely with the founder, creating a professional brand for the venture before building a cutting edge web application to help realise our joint mission in reducing waste, saving users money and ultimately helping to save the planet one meal at a time – 'we can't eliminate all the waste in the food production process, but we can make a small difference and with your help we can save the planet, one meal at a time'.
Visit web appThe aim of Tots Talking is to increase the amount of language parents and carers use with their toddlers, so that when they start nursery and school they have lots of words to help build their learning. We developed the Tots Talking app for Speech and Language UK, the children’s communication charity, to form part of their Tots Talking intervention for parents of 2 yr old children. It provides facts about children’s development and their language, films to promote discussion, and creative activities designed to increase the understanding of the importance of communication and language skills.
